Fashion, Art and Culture Images.

This 3D piece is by Joseph Cornell. I love how he has used such a simple background and added life with a 3D doll attached to the page, made to look like she's suspended with string. The image works as a whole, with a simple but effective appearence.
The side view of my artefact shows the slight relief and build up of mountboard to make it 3D. I also think the real objects, pearls and film reel bring the artefact to life and give it a certain character!

The front view of my artefact (designed to spin around and reveal a double side.) The exhibition information written in the shape of an ear and eyebrow keep within the glamourous character! A simple and non-fussy appearance but effective, like the work of Joseph Cornell.
